The Intermezzo Society connects its members with opera, Opera Theatre, and each other between each Festival Season. Members enjoy social events and behind-the-scenes access throughout the year, are among the first to learn about upcoming productions, and meet the companyâs talented artists and creative teams â all while making new connections throughout the St. Louis community.

Intermezzo Society Membership Information
Duet Membership ($600)Â
Provides complimentary admission for two guests to all Intermezzo Society events each year.Â
Solo Membership ($300)Â
Provides complimentary admission for one guest to all Intermezzo Society events each year.Â
Membership at either level is not tax-deductible. This allows OTSL to provide over $300 in annual benefits to each Intermezzo Society member.

Annual Events
Intermezzo Society Members receive complimentary admission to all events listed below. Solo Members ($300 level) receive admission for one; Duet Members ($600 level), for two. Additional tickets and non-member ticket prices are listed below. Annual events include the following:
Fall FĂȘte – In 2026, celebrate OTSLâs fall youth opera collaboration with COCA, Joshuaâs Boots. Peek behind the curtain with a panel talk featuring cast members and educators, followed by a backstage tour of COCA. Connect with fellow art lovers over cocktails and appetizers and learn more about the arts education programs inspiring the next generation.
Non-Member Tickets: $45
Winter Brunch – Enjoy mimosas, a delicious buffet, and songs performed by an emerging opera star.
Non-Member Tickets: $45
A Taste of Opera – Sample musically inspired drink and hors dâoeuvre pairings at this spring cocktail party.
Non-Member Tickets: $60
Night at the Opera â During the Festival Season, join us under the tent for a members-only dinner followed by an opera performance.
Non-Member tickets are not available for this event.
