Start your evening with flair by indulging in pre-show picnics and drinks amidst the enchanting ambiance of our David W. Mesker Festival Gardens. Tables can be reserved upon request, subject to availability. Enhance your experience by enjoying boxed meals crafted by Ces & Judy’s Catering. Please note boxed picnics must be ordered by 4 p.m. the day before your performance.
Does your group have accessibility needs? All our productions are performed in English with projected supertitles, and we provide large print and Braille programs at each performance. We also offer audio description services and American Sign Language interpreters at specific shows throughout the season. Wheelchair seating is available as well.
Are you currently enrolled as a student or employed as an educator? Receive a $10 discount on your regular-priced ticket when you bring a group! Student admission is priced at $15 per person, while educators’ admission is $25 per person. To utilize this offer, please provide a photo of your valid school ID.Â
FAQs
When is payment due?Â
A 15% deposit is required two months prior to the performance date or at the time of order, if the performance date is less than two months out. Final group size and any remaining balance must be confirmed and paid two weeks before your performance.Â
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If your group cancels two weeks prior to the scheduled performance, a full refund will be provided. If the cancelation occurs within two weeks of the performance date, only the 15% deposit will be retained, with the remaining balance refunded to you.Â
