How to Access Your Account
1. On your device, visit ExperienceOpera.org.
2. Click the “Account” icon at top right corner. (If you are on a mobile device or tablet, the “Account” icon may be found in the top left corner of the screen)

3. Login to your account:
a. Enter your email address and OTSL password;
b. If you don’t remember your password, click the “Forgot Your Login or Password” link to reset;
c. If you have never ordered tickets from our website before, click “Register” to set up your online account.

4. To view your purchased content after you log in, click on your email address in the top of the screen. This will take you to your Digital Content page. Here, you should see any of the digital performances you have already ordered.


Troubleshooting
Why don’t I see my order in my account??
If you are logged into your account but don’t see any of your recent orders, you may have signed in through a different account than the one you used to purchase your digital content. Please call the OTSL Box Office at (314) 961-0644, Monday – Friday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. for assistance in locating your correct account. (If you call after hours, please leave a voicemail and one of our box office representatives will call you back the next business day.)
Why can’t I access my account?
If you cannot log in and the “Forgot Your Login or Password” link isn’t working, it may be that your account is located under a different email address than the one you are currently using. Please call the Box Office for assistance at (314) 961-0644, Monday – Friday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
I’m logged in early — why don’t I see the correct video?
If you log in to your account early on the date of a premiere and you don’t see the correct video close to the premiere time, don’t worry! All you should need to do is refresh the page at the time of the premiere for the video to appear. Please hit the “refresh” icon in your browser, Command-R on a Mac, or Ctrl+F5 on a PC to reload your webpage.
How do I enter full-screen mode?
Click on the bracketed square icon at the bottom right corner of your video player.
How do I turn on closed captioning/subtitles?
Click on the “CC” icon in the bottom control bar of your video player.
Why don’t I hear anything?
First, please check your device settings to make sure your speakers are on and volume is turned up. If you’re on a mobile device, please also check that your device isn’t set on “silent” mode. Finally, make sure that the volume setting on your video player is turned all the way up by clicking on the speaker icon on the bottom control bar until the icon shows soundwaves.

Casting to your TV
Apple TV
- From your iPhone, iPad, Macbook, or iMac, log into your OTSL account by visiting ExperienceOpera.org and clicking “Account” in the top left corner.
- Enter your email address and OTSL password.
- You should be automatically redirected to your Digital Content account. Find your desired performance and click “View Content.”
- In the video player on the “View Content” page, click the “Airplay” icon in the bottom control bar. If you’re on a Macbook or iMac, you can also access your Apple TV by opening your Control Center and clicking on “Screen Mirroring.”

Airplay Icons
Roku (from iOS)
In order to mirror your iPhone or iPad to a Roku, you first have to make sure your Roku is updated to the current OS.To find out how to update your Roku device manually, visit this tutorial. Even with this update, not all Roku devices support Airplay, so visit this Roku support article to see if your model is compatible.
- On your personal device, log in to your OTSL account by visiting ExperienceOpera.org and clicking “Account” in the top left corner.
- Enter your email address and OTSL password.
- You should be automatically redirected to your Digital Content account. Find your desired performance and click “View Content.”
- Open Control Center on your iPhone. To do this on an iPhone X or later, swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen. On an iPhone 8 or earlier, swipe up from the bottom of your screen.
- Tap “Screen Mirroring”
- Select your Roku device.
Roku (from Android)
- On your personal device, log in to your OTSL account by visiting ExperienceOpera.org and clicking “Account” in the top left corner.
- Enter your email address and OTSL password.
- You should be automatically redirected to your Digital Content account. Find your desired performance and click “View Content.”
- Go to your Android’s drop-down panel and tap “Smart View.” (On some Android devices, “Smart View” may also be called “Cast” or “Wireless Display.”)
- Select your Roku device.
Chromecast
- On your personal device, log in to your OTSL account on your Chrome browser by visiting ExperienceOpera.org and clicking “Account” in the top left corner.
- Enter your email address and OTSL password.
- You should be automatically redirected to your Digital Content account. Find your desired performance and click “View Content.”
- On your Chrome browser menu, click the three vertically stacked dots icon in the top righthand corner and select “Cast…”
- Another option is to click the Chromecast icon directly on the video located at the bottom right-hand corner to cast your content directly.

Select your preferred TV.

Click play on the video.
Watch on your TV with an HDMI cable
- Plug one end of an HDMI cable into your TV and the other into your computer, either directly or through an HDMI converter.
- Once the cable is connected, navigate to the correct HDMI input stream to see your computer mirrored on the TV.
- Then on your computer, log into your OTSL account by visiting ExperienceOpera.org and clicking “Account” in the top left corner.
- Enter your email address and OTSL password.
- You should be automatically redirected to your Digital Content account. Find your desired performance and click “View Content.”
