Video submission prompt

We acknowledge that there are so many inherent barriers in our field and institutions. This fellowship program, as just one part of OTSL’s work to address these barriers is created to provide wider access, support, and advancement opportunities for those who have been historically excluded in this field, especially those who identify as BIPOC. What do you think the opera/arts field needs to do to keep the conversation around advancing EDI work and the work of organizations becoming more equitable at the forefront? What do you want to add to the conversation?

At the beginning of the video, please state your name and the position(s) to which you are applying. You will be prompted to submit your video file in the application questionnaire.

If you have any technical issues or questions about the application process, please contact Tai Oney, Administration & Fellowship Manager, at toney@opera-stl.org.

If you require reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, or otherwise participating in the selection process, please contact Michelle Myers, Director of Administration, at mmyers@opera-stl.org.

Note: We recommend that you compile your application information, especially your personal statement, in a separate document which you can save, and then copy the completed answers into the form when you are ready to submit.

Personal Statement Question
